How we’re working to increase representation by mitigating bias in the hiring process.
One of the ways we’re working to increase representation is through our inclusive hiring practices. We ensure that our job descriptions exceed a certain store threshold from Textio’s AI-powered inclusive-writing platform before posting. Our Talent Acquisition team is also certified in program designed to help eliminate bias from the interviewing process. These measures, as part of our comprehensive hiring strategy, help to ensure that all candidates seeking to join our team are able to be their authentic selves at every step in their hiring journey with us.
